I was looking for a hard to find 1" brad point hs drill bit. Did a lot of searching. Contacted them and they had a new one on the shelf. They sent it right out and the price was very good. Made me happy.

I’ve bought from carbide processors for years and only experienced minor problems such as backordered items which were straightened out immediately. Quality of products has never been an issue unless you want to count my hand getting cut because a router bit was so sharp. Quality products, great service with real people. Why would I go elsewhere?

they guys sell a lot of things. It could be confusing, but if you know what youre looking for you should be fine, they probably have it. The tools are quality, the shipping time was respectable, and customer service is phenomenal as well.

I ordered an item in November of 2024 and received it in September of 2025. I had already ordered the item form someone else and received it a few days later. I didn't need the item when you sent it but since it was only a $20 item, I didn't go through the time to send it back.

The fact that no one ever answers the phone is horrible. I ordered but a couple weeks back and I can’t use them. The delivery was late. I need to return them for full payment. Your email response is slow and ineffective. The failure to deliver on time cost me thousand ls of dollars.
