I haven't dealt with customer service but the order process was fine. Only complaint is I was not aware it would take several weeks to get it.

Not really happy with the final product. If you need a custom fit car cover - id look elsewhere.. (if you find a good one -let me know)

The cover fits awesome on our car. We had our 1st test with the recent hurricane weather and can attest we had no issues at all with how the cover protected the vehicle. The cover so far has been well worth the investment.
