Shipping was terrible, pump broke and customer service took a long time to resolve and sent me a $5 credit which I will not use. I would like to get a refund as these products just continue to make my hair worse

I have long straight hair, and the oil helps to protect my hair from dryness during winter but its works perfectly during Summer time as well. It is not greasy at all, as the hair absorbs the oil. I use it before blow drying my hair or before/after going to the beach for wavy strands (instead of sea salt spray). A little bit goes a long a way (so you get a lot for the price). And let's not forget that the oil smells amazing. My hair looks healthy and shiny like never before! I'm hooked forever!

Although I absolutely LOVE the Mermaid Sea Salt hair product, I'm really disappointed that it no longer comes in a glass bottle but instead an aluminum can-like bottle. I wouldn't trust that the bottle is not leaching toxic material into the hair spray. Please bring back the glass bottle!
