Great customer service

My candle came broken (glass totally shattered) but they responded to my email quickly and got me a replacement in a reasonable amount of time. Everything else in my order was fine.

Only negative is how expensive the shipping is. But amazing product overall.

The bottles of hand wash were messy and sticky. During shipping both the bottles leaked out. But I LOVE the Aloha Orchid scent, messy and all.
