I ordered my custom Cadillac ELR part May 22nd and got the window shade on June 7th. That was not what the website said. For the shipping costing almost $18 I thought it would at least be on time if not sooner.

My part is wrong and I called and left a message and have not heard back from you. I'll try again. I paid what is alot of money to me and the part is the wrong part. I would like to talk to a person and straighten this out. Thanks

Once installed, my new wiring harness is throwing all kinds of codes; but I can't be sure that it's the harness at the moment. I sincerely hope I didn't get a bad harness out of the box

ordered parts on may 8th 2025 just received them on may 20 2025 i sent numerous emails and phone calls with no response from Pablo or anyone in parts one part came in damaged i took pictures and uploaded them to the dealer web site on return request but would not accept i still need the part will have to buy elsewhere do not buy parts from this dealer

Slowest shipping ever

I was very satisfied with the parts once I received them. In regards to customer service it was a terrible experience. I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails with no response. I ordered around $2,000 in parts.

Very fast shipping. Received sooner than I had expected. Thanks. The parts are just what I needed. There was one of the bulbs in the headlamps that was broken somehow in the packaging. I replaced it with one that I had.

I received the wrong part and I cannot get a response via email or the contact page. I have tried both ways two times. I would appreciate it if someone would send me a return part authorization and get with me about ordering the correct part.

Couldn't be happier with the service Capital Parts provides! They had parts (11517042) that even the dealer in Carson City NV could not find. My car had been in the dealer's shop for three weeks waiting for 4 stinking bolts for a 2017 Volt's warranted repair (BECM). Not even GM had the parts and offered no time frame as to when the bolts would be available. What a way to take care of their customers and service. I wonder if Ms. Barra knows or would even care (rhetorical question)? What's one less customer in the future? Thank you, Capital Parts! Now it's just one week (end of one month) so far, waiting for the dealer to use the parts since I presented them the bolts. Such service overall! This is the second time Capital Chevy Parts has come through for me. GREAT People to deal with!
