no body cares about customers concerns or problems created by your company. Tried to call and reach out but no one answer and if they answer no actions. Voice mail is a failed system if no follow up on messages. Simply ppl at capital Chevy don't care at all from my experience. Very disappointing and dissatisfaction.
Solid, I got a great deal and it was delivered in a timely manner and the part arrived perfectly. I’ll buy from the, again.
I ordered a back-up camera from them. I was instructed to input my VIN number to make sure the part I was ordering was compatible with my vehicle. They stated that if my car part was checked through their system, and for some reason I needed to return it. I would be subjected to a 20% restocking fee if not confirmed. I did input my VIN and received the green check mark for clarification. Well low in behold it didn't work. My camera was high definition and was separate from the harness. They sent me a camera and cord attachment. I then tried contacting them right away. Unfortunately, I was met with an answering machine instructing me to leave a message and someone will contact me back. I left them a message with these exact details about VIN# and wrong part. I waited 48 hours to no avail. I then went to the website and requested a refund. It stated refund requested but I won't get back $8. 09, but that was the shipping costs, and I can understand that. The part cost $76. 64 and the shipping was the $8. 09 for a total of $84. 73. I had to pay for return shipping, and they only refunded me $69. 15. The sad part was after I clicked return, the system said request return sent. It never stated the return was approved and I "NEVER" received any customer service or support. No return call. I then just took it upon myself to return it with the hopes of getting a full refund minus the shipping of course. I was short changed, and I should have never paid for any restocking fee because I cross checked the part with my VIN# like they insisted me to do an I received the green check mark. What a horrible experience and I will never do business with them. I will also put them on blast with yelp and other social media platforms. Hoping it will save another customer any headaches. I DO NOT RECOMEND SITE.

This is the 2nd parts order that was supplied Capital Chevy. It is definitely a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend.
Ordered from capital because of the shipping estimated time. Parts showed up weeks late… no response to emails, or messages through the website, phone calls go to answering machine during business hours. Parts not in stock as shown on the website. Cant get ahold / reply from anyone for order updates or to cancel a long overdue order.
Capital Chevy had the part we were looking for, 02 Silverado replacement center for wheel. Thank you for excellent service

Ordered item one month ago and it said I’d have it in one week. I still don’t have it. Trying to talk to anyone when you call is by far the worst experience I’ve had. You get nothing but voicemails and no one ever calls you back.

I’ve left 3 voicemails and sent 4 emails over the last 3 weeks regarding the return for the incorrect seatbelt buckle sent to me in Mid June. No responses to date for the return authorization / shipping info and reversal of charge.

the part I received was unserviceable and cannot be used, i called 2 different numbers and left voice messages and I have also e-mailed you and no response from anybody. i still need this part. please contact me so we can swap the bad for a good one
I ordered the corvette script badge for my e-ray. In transit, the packaging (no box, just the plastic sleeve from the manufacturer) failed and rendered four of the letters unusable. I was able to get another set from a local dealer so that we could complete the project.
Well when it gets here I will sure rate the shipping. USPS gee what could go wrong.
It took 3 weeks to get my order and when I opened it the box was empty. Emailed and called for a week finally got a call back and they said they would look into it, that was 3 weeks ago. Have called multiple times to get an update with no response.
Ordered a part supplied the vin got a non working part tried to contact them via call and email no response. Will never do business there again
Never received my product, never answered my phone calls, never answered my e-mails, still waiting for an update, almost 2 months waiting for a simple serpentine belt.
Shipping was fast. One week for delivery. Excellent customer service.
I still haven't gotten my delivery. Why use USPS! Been stuck in San Antonio for 6 days
