Just bought the Re-direct harness for my Pug. I think this needs a recall. On one side of my Pugs front leg (underarm area), shredded his hair off, exposing skin and making it red, almost bleeding. It was fitted in the store before purchase. Material choice under the front arm should be padded and softer. Really disappointed in this as now his skin is exposed. Now I have to go to the vet.

First of all, I never get pink for my black dog. However, it’s too, too cute. She has been so chill compared to always standing in front of me as if I needed to get up and do something. She’s been laying so content and I love it!!! I have a weighted vest for fitness and it reminds me of that. I’m in awe already.

Bought two pairs of the suspender boots and both sets of boots ripped in less than a month. Not worth the price at all.

The slush suits arrived quickly, they are perfect for my 2 shihpoos. We take walks everyday this will help with keeping clean between groomings. Size 12 for 8 and 10 pounds dogs.

I have purchased numerous items from Canada Pooch and when there has been an issue no one ever ever ever gets back to you, its a real shame because the products are great but there sizing charts are never accurate. My most recent was the snow suit which is to small so I reached out to set an exchange but no one yet again responds. Not a surprise as I am still waiting on a response for another item I purchased in December of 2024 and I sent and email on January 6th 2025, they did respond but then never responded again. I eventually gave the item to a friend for their dog and purchased it in a larger size. not expecting anyting different this time. Sad thing is if you google Canada Pooch compolaints there are THOUSANDS of complaints for the same issues (sizing and lacj of customer service. I wonder if this is what Jacqueline Prehogan had in mind when she founded the Company?

Within two weeks of normal seasonal use, both pairs developed holes in the upper fabric. The damage allowed my dogs’ paws to push through the top of the boots, rendering them unusable. Given the intended purpose of this product and the price point, this level of deterioration after such a short period is not consistent with reasonable wear and tear. I previously contacted customer service and was informed that this was not considered a product defect. However, based on the minimal usage and the nature of the damage, I respectfully disagree. Outdoor dog boots should reasonably withstand at least one full season of regular use without structural failure. Unfornately now resorting to other brands for my dogs and my clients dogs.

I'd give it a 0 star if i could. Quality is really bad. Velcro starts to fray after less than 2 months. Contacted customer service and tried to call them but no avail. I bought 2 sets of their boots and both have the same issue. Price is too high for a very poor quality boots.

I ordered the red suspender dog suspenders in extra small, and they were still far too large for my dog. Sizing should be one of the most basic expectations when ordering pet apparel, and this was a complete miss. What made the experience worse was the customer service. After emailing multiple times and attempting to call (their phone system is automated and does not connect you to a person), I was finally contacted by a representative who was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Despite the inaccurate sizing, I was still charged a $7 restocking fee, which they refused to waive. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters. Between the poor fit and the unpleasant customer service, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be ordering from Canada Pooch again.

I bought two Canada Pooch suspender boots. They’ve worn them about three times and they already started to rip and tear. It’s not worth the money. I have two French bulldogs. They love running around in them. They keep twisting and turning now they’re ripped.

I purchased boots for my dog almost two weeks ago. They only created a shipping label two days ago. The package still is not in the mail carrier possession. I have called and emailed several times and never got any response!!! I requested they cancel my order since it hadn’t even shipped yet. NOTHING, NO RESPONSE. Only a notification that they were shipping 2 days ago. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! SAVE YOURSELVE TGE AGGRAVATION AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Bought suspender boots, returned as they didnt fit our boy. Ordered a larger size in suspender boots and regular boots. Sent several messages to customer service, response is vague and takes 48 hours for response. My new order shipped last week, tracking shows it is still awaiting pickup? Phone contact is fruitless

Charlie is a 85 pound rough Collie. Snow routinely packed in his paws during cold winter hikes. We’ve tried boots but they would come off very easily, so we tried Canada Pooch suspenders and although Charlie is not a big fan of putting them on, he walks and runs like a champ with them on. They work great and I would have given them a 5, but on occasion a leg may come out if going through heavy brush. Keeps his paws dry and warm. We’re very happy with this product.

Was excited to buy these. My border collie likes deep snow so thought these ideal. They fit great and kept his paws warm and snow free. THE THIRD DAY I HAD THEM the cinch broke in one of the legs. Wasn't even in deep snow. Lost the ball that holds the cord together. Can't figure out how to fix it. At $80 its no cheap purchase. I give this a 2 because up until that point we loved them but breaking after 3 days is unacceptable. Store won't take them back as they're used. Poor customer service thus far. I really needed these to work.

We just moved this year to Whitehorse, YT, and this December we had apparently atypically cold temperatures down to -45C for a solid 5 weeks. Our Lab/Pyrenees is a very robust pupper, but at these temperatures, her feet got cold quickly. We had Mutt-luks, which are made very well, but she lost one first time out. So now we have 7 -haha. But we saw and bought a set of these suspender booties. Best. Durn. Decision. Ever! They are very well made, excellent detailing, and ergonomically designed. Can’t say puppy LOVES ‘em, but she tolerates us putting them on, and then runs freely in them when we go out. They move very well with her, no hinderance at all. And they cinch up at the top of the leg for deep snow. Extremely pleased, great value! Highly recommended! And CANADIAN made!!

I have a 9 year old Border Collie named Murphy and he’s going on his first ski trip next month! We live in Florida so I wanted to start training him on walks a few weeks prior to the trip and we received the suspender boots yesterday! For reference he’s about 145 pounds and he’s never worn any type of shoes. After careful analysis of the size chart I decided on the size 4 regular leg length boots and they fit perfect! He was a little awkward for about five minutes, but in no time he as sprinting normally up and down our drive way and across our yard! Couldn’t be more pleased with the product! Easy to put on and take off and the Velcro wraps and leg cinches are thoughtfully placed and secure fit comfortably and practically. Great job, Canada Pooch!

1st time on today 1. 15. 2025 took a little time, but so much easier than walking her out in the cold snow , no cleanup! She actually likes them and got used to walking in them quickly. She's about 75 lbs. we used size 5
