I absolutely love my halo extensions. The color matching was so easy and the quantity is excellent. I actually bought this as a second one so I could leave one straight, and one in curls.

Great quality hair. This is my first time ordering, but I will definitely be ordering again. The hair is so smooth and it blends seamlessly with my hair.

The halo extension colour was way too light for my hair. Thankfully there was a swatch to compare to, so that I didn’t have to open the packaging. I was able to easily return it by hitting the link, taking photos and printing the label to post it. My order was quite costly, so being able to return it like this made it a stress free experience. If there were colours closer to my very dark auburn, I would buy from Canada Hair again. However, there is nothing closer than what I tried to buy.

I ordered 2 halo extensions. Eagerly awaited them, but sadly they were way too light for my hair colour. They both came with a colour swatch in a separate compartment to the actual extension. I held up the swatch, knew it wouldn’t work at all, and sent them back. It was easy. All I had to do was hit the return link, take photos (unopened packaging), print the label and send them back. I even used the same bag they came in. They advise that your first return is free, but others will cost you postage (which is fair). Sadly, that was the closest colour to my hair, so I won’t be able to make a new purchase.

I had an issue with delivery. The customer service was great and helped resolve the shipping issue in timely manner.

The salt and salt pepper colour was a bit darker than it looked on the website

Fast shipping. . good pricing for Single install only. Wouldn't reinstall my tapes again. Id get new bundle each time

Smooth at first, after a few shampoos the wax coating comes off. . then it feels like regular hair. . air drys Wavy. . It is a SYNTHETIC blend. Random plastic stands show through out when heat is applied. . bathroom floor is covered in breakage. . its decent for the price. . would recommend for 1 month use only . Wouldn't make a good reinstall

I have been using Canada Hair for a number of years. Their services and delivery is second to none. The best I have ever worked with. But over the years, the quality of the hair has decreased. Paying more money for the hair and having it be thinner and poor quality has been disappointing.
