I do not recall purchasing ‘order protection & product warranty.

Shipping was excellent. Topper was not a good color for me, but assistance was appreciated. Returned for refund, until I can find the correct color for me.

Lovely! The hair was sooo pretty. I couldn’t believe how bouncy and easy it turned out!!! The softest hair as well!

Shopping, shipping and return were simple and seamless.

The color wasn’t what I was expecting but the process to return it was quite efficient. I also didn’t really care for the tactile quality of the hair. It was very course and hard.

Amazing quality hair pieces. I bought the 18 inch ponytail extension for an event, it was thick and absolutely gorgeous. I ordered chocolate brown , it was lighter than the picture but it was an easy fix, my hairdresser dyed it to match my color and it blended in perfectly.

The color and quality is good, I did order 14”. clip in extensions but got 18” extensions so that was disappointing as they’re too long, that’s why I ordered the 14”. I guess I’ll keep them and wait for my hair to grow

Alot darker than the other 1b I have gotten in the past. I couldn't tell it was too dark until I took it out of the package.
