Horrible company that deletes comments.

My camera was supposed to show up yesterday and never got it.

Hello, I received my order today and its faulty. Its taking pictures automatically on its own without the shutter button being pressed. I have tried to email two different email addresses which have both bounced back. Can someone contact me please.

The camera doesn’t work, doesn’t take pictures And it’s fully charge

I got this as a gift and was so excited but now I just feel bad they wasted their money on this! The cable cord that comes with it is faulty and I still haven’t been able to see any of the pics. Reddit has been more helpful than the website itself and even so the consensus seems to be it’s just poorly made. I was so excited for this product because I love the idea but sadly it’s just another cheap product that hardly works and won’t last long (if at all)

I am so happy I bought a camera for my son with them. Not only do they have a great product, but I had an issue with the delivery and their customer service went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!!

Love our campsnap- just received our second (the pro) and we are in love!

Can not rate this enough. We got this to film our roadtrip post wedding through Nevada. I stupidly left it on the car roof, where it inevitably flew off at 70mph onto a gravel lane where it bounced a good few hundred feet and still works perfectly with minimal damage given the circumstances! I see other reviews of people put off by the quality through the lense, don't be fooled, you get great quality in whatever setting when you watch it back. Stay in the moment with it as it was intended to do and you will love what you see

We love love LOVE the vintage look & and different settings😍 It gives us such a nostalgic feeling from the good old days🥹 We love it so much!!! We had many compliments from people, we even offered some cast members at Disney to give it a try & look through the lens!!! This is the video we put together of clips from our trip. I received a camera for my 22nd birthday which was unfortunately faulty. I emailed to report the problem and within half an hour I had a reply. Beks was very helpful, especially since I didn’t have an order number because it was a gift. A replacement was sent immediately and without any problems or fuss at all. Thank you so much!!

I recently took a trip and lost my camera. I made a post about it and tagged them. They reached out and offered to replace my camera free of charge. I didn’t ask or expect this at all but this being my 3rd camera from them, I will be buying the new camcorder as well. Great business and they care about their customers. Thank you again.

I got the version one when it was still a startup. I think I’ve sold about 10 for the company at this point because all my friends love campsnap!!! It’s absolutely perfect to bring on adventures and getting home to find some surprise snaps is a great way to extend the joy of any festival. I like disposables and film but when I’ve used all that, this is a great way to make sure the gift of pics and memories keeps giving! May v1 bit the dust after being caught in a doubpour for days at a festival and I’m so happy to have v3! The changes are amazing, I just wish the new camera could be turned on from being already inside the waterproof case but they are otherwise perfect.

Got this Camera because it was a good price and kept you in the moment. It produces great pictures! Love the ability to make your own custom filters! It makes taking photos much more fun and easy!

I discovered this camera by chance, I ordered the First Model and then the second with various improvements! Now it’s my travel camera and accompanies me in all the parties and experiences!

Screen free, doenst fill up a phone with pics, no obsessing over seeing the photos immediately after and just being in the moment. Perfect. Plus you just upload and can make photo books which avoids the endless pics on the phone that never get printed. My kids are 12 and 15 and love this thing. It’s a great buy I can’t recommend it enough
