Product excellent very fast delivery. DPD used for delivery had email to say what day and time it was being delivered. Stayed in all day for delivery then got a notification that the driver had tried to delivery the parcel but no one was home. I had not left the house all day and no one had rang the door bell to even try and deliver the parcel. Very disappointed with the delivery driver/company especially to say they had tried to delivery the item when clearly they had not.

Two fantastic staff in Windsor. So helpful and provided us with tea and chairs while I was busy trying to sort out my pin which I'd forgotten. They kept my bag aside as it was the last one while we went off for lunch waiting for Amex to call me back to unlock my account. Haven't used my bag yet as it's been non stop raining.
