There are many things I like about my new brush: 1. The temp can be locked in so you don't bump it and change it or turn it off. 2. You can pick the temp you want rather than have a prix fixed temp . 3. The digital screen is easy to read. 2. I can touch the brush and not burn myself. 3. It came with a thermal zip travel case and a brush cleaning tool. 4. It does not make my hair frizzy. 5. The way the handle is designed makes it easy to hold onto and use the brush without making my hand cramp. Slight con: 1. I have a layered bob style hair cut and the 1 inch is a bit too long for me to use on my hairstyle. I probably should have purchased a size smaller. Oh well, next time!

I had to exchange my curling brush for a smaller one. The return was easy and I received my new brush very quickly! Thank you

I received my order and love the spray as I have been using the spray sold in the smaller can and was glad to get the larger size. The Bounce Cream, is a different story. When I opened the container, the content was not creamy and was like foam, was dry and cannot be used. I was very disappointed in this product as it looks nothing like the picture on the website. Since this was a final sale, I knew I could not return the Bounce Cream but will continue to us the spray. If you could send me a replacement for the Bounce Cream, that would be great.
