I like the way it works on my hair but this is my third one in four years. I wish it had better longevity…. is this normal? It has become a expensive hair tool.

Ordering on line was easy. Email communication was excellent. Received my tool as stated.

Like it but wish I got the smaller round. My hair is a shoulder length but would like to go shorter it is also fine and thin. Still working with it.

Faulty product. Tool on third use and stuck in closed position. Worked good until the tool didn’t release.
