The customer care is way above any competitor. I'll email to get an update on a product and get long responses back, and shipments come with personalized thank you letters. Delivery is always quick and done through Canada Post. I only have positive things to say about Cafune.

This group of people changed the way I see a lot of things. Coffee, shopping, putting care and attention to their passion, and as corny as it sounds, friendship. Not only does their storefront contain TONS of unique and really hard to find (read: Kinu in Canada?!) product, but it's all laid out in a fully functional website for both desktop and mobile. It's extremely easy to find a product you're after and discover ones you've never heard of, and just as easy to place an order or contact someone regarding anything! Moreover, the experience I have with Cafune is unlike any other I've had. Their first shipment to me came beautifully and effectively packaged, included FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE... And a hand written note from Justin wishing me the best in my Flair adventures. Each shipment of anything I've received from them since then has had a follow up note, tying back to the previous notes. It's almost like having a penpal! It's a small gesture, but it feels like I have friends that help me and show me new things in this wonderful hobby. Simply flooring. Their preorder and "Notify me when this is back in stock" system works wonderfully, and I've had real people email me back with details about when they might be getting stock back or how long I can expect to wait for items.
