I have had a Cabidor for more than 10 years now. I find that it is essential for de-cluttering my small bathroom and it is so convenient for storing smaller items that sometimes become lost in a closet. Love it!

I recently wrote a long review indicating the issues I ran into with my Cabidor wall-mount purchase (and only 2 stars). After posting the review I received an apology from the company and they worked with me to allow me to return the item (which hadn't been opened) in an appropriate way (financially). As I said before, this is a good product, and the fact that they reached out to me is excellent customer service. I still recommend two things: 1) if you buy the wall-mount cabidor, be aware that the hardware is highly visible and not attractive and 2) contact customer service if you do need to return an item - don't try to return it using your own service. They will make sure you receive the care and information to make sure that you don't spend more to return an item than it originally costs. This is a really useful product that I believe most every home would benefit from.

Does the trick. Won’t get all 5 stars for me as I think it’s ridiculously overpriced but still, I needed it and I’m grateful they offer spare shelves.

After numerous Amazon reviews showing their item arriving damaged, I decided to order directly from Cabidor and expressed my concern to a rep given that I live on the 4th floor of a NYC walk-up apt and in the event I would have to return or exchange this, it would be a mighty ordeal given there is no courier near me by several avenues and blocks…nightmare. I was reassured they would work with me should I need to exchange/return (i.e. arrange for courier pick up) and that their product passed stringent packaging criteria. Well, they were correct or I just got lucky, but my item arrived in mint condition and I was thrilled (esp when a kind amazon delivery man who was dropping off groceries for a neighbor generously helped me to carry it up the stairs (I’m 5 ft tall female). Was meant to be ;-) I use it to store my giant perfume collection as this keeps them dust free and out of the light. I decided to not get the one with the mirror to reduce weight as my perfume bottles are all made of glass, and to allow me to not worry about a shattered mirror should I move in the near future. LOVE this item and will be purchasing for my mum’s toiletries when I visit her this summer! P.s. I also ordered the additional 2 shelves so that I can add more perfumes over time. I do find the additional shelves to be way overpriced, but ultimately still worth it for the storage benefits. I also get paranoid about the weight but so far so good 🤞

Bought through Amazon, I wish it was more clear you needed 3.5” of space from door hinge ok. To wall. I had to buy the additional mount kit after. Everything was easy to install and works great.
