I had to wait for it to be in stock but communication was good. It arrived in a black bag, which had Velcro tabs, not ideal for knitwear. The return was easy and the refund quick.

Pre-ordered this but it was delivered quickly once available. I am please C&R are no longer using big boxes for smaller items: much better for the environment. Still packaged in a garment bag and then brown postal bag. Very good! Thank you!
