C&R are a very reliable helpful company. I have bought several dresses and coats over the last few years and been extremely pleased with the quality and how they wear. I do feel that C&R are struggling to be competitive with similar brands and because of this I feel in some instances the quality isn’t there any more

need better online sizing, fabric, finishing etc. detail information online. One of the products says BSUT vs BUST :) and others have only 2 measurements (e. g. the sensible skirt could do with some hip size info). and more versatile reviews online to help different tastes and body shapes. Censoring all negative reviews does not help, just results in returns.
