Arrived promptly, no problems, beautifully packaged.

Very prompt delivery. I expected it to take a couple of days and it arrived the next day

Brilliant as always!!

Very happy. There were some delays to the original pre-order arrival date and it would have been nice if the team had reached out or updated the website perhaps but I received prompt and helpful replies to my emails and I fully appreciate the pressures faced by small businesses.

Always good

Excellent communication. Great packaging. Regular delivery updates

Excellent customer service - makes such a difference to the time wasting frustration of automated chatbots!!! In my opinion it is essential to be able to speak to an actual person when dealing with customer services. I have always found C & R more than helpful

So much appreciated no customs duty to pay. Very fast shipping and perfect package.

Excellent fast service.

Always prompt delivery and customer service has that personal touch.

I am now wearing it regularly and I love it.
