Placed an order on November 30th, only thing received was a order confirmation. no tracking number or emails of any update. 2 weeks later, Had to call myself to check on my order just for them to say it’s not even available, but online it showed AND STILL shows available. I was told they tried contacting me a few times through call, my call log has no missed calls nor voicemails from them. I should not have to be the one contacting them to get my refund back, a refund should’ve been issued and I should have been notified at least through email letting me know the product is no longer in stock & and instantly refunded me. Bad experience !
