No need of bad words nor insults. This is my honest review of my experience with this company. Despite the reviews and products looking promising, they have Horrible Costumer service. First, They sent me a defective pair of pants that were refunded after return. I did not notice that one of the belts I ordered was defective aswell. When I tried it on. everytime I walked, the buckle came of because the holes are big for the small pin that barely has anything to hold of. I contacted them through the phone email and chat yet they refused any help, even tried contacting the owner. I even tried dealing with them through a report to the Better Business Bureau, yet nothing. It is very dissapointing the type of treatment they give to costumers. Having to go back and foward to the hospital in the time of recovering from surgeries, this experience was awfull and this people are quite cruel and inhumane, really greedy and only care about money. I trusted them with a very special occasion that happened on 5/24/26, day which I realized the defect on the belt if they want to assume I wore it, It was stored all along while recovering from the surgeries, which I still am. For example, Amazon whom many times refunded defected items 4 months late if you return the item and show proof of it being defective. Wish they were accountable for selling me a defective item. Wish the Owner Fernando would've known of this so he would step foward into his company and stop trusting workers who do not care for his bussiness. Whoever keeps replying medriocrely, do not mind replying.
