The hat came a bit wrinkled, and the flower patches were in a separate bag instead of already attached like shown in the photos. The opening for the head was also really small. I only received a paper with details about clothing/uniform care, but nothing specifically about the hat, such as how to properly care for it, attach the flowers, fix the wrinkles, or adjust the sizing, so I’m pretty disappointed overall. I did appreciate the fast shipping and the consistent location updates throughout delivery.

7 1/2 is bigger than actual size and it came in with a feathers all bent and cut

My boots were delivered 2 days ago . Just to find out they weren't the size that I ordered , since that moment I started chatting with support to get my replacement. After 2bdays and several photos of the product that I was requested I haven't had any update or resolution on when I should return the wrong items and whe I should receive the correct one. So, so far not very impressed!!!!
