Great product

The shoe is very comfortable and has good support. There is a seem that runs along the back of the heel cushion that rubs my heels and makes it hurt. I bought a heel padding to stop the pain.

Great product, super service, cannot go wrong with a quality Ecco product.

Received product promptly. Ordered one up as told they run small

I returned first pair since they were too big, surprising for this style. I’m happy with new smaller size.

These were ordered as a replacement under the ECCO guarantee of a previous pair of ECCOs (different style) that had defect in the manufacture of the soles. The replacement process was actually fairly tedious, but in the final analysis, ECCO did come through with the replacement.

Good !

Excellent

Very satisfied with size and quality

Great company and quality products

I didn’t use any customer service

Love that they come in a wide size, snd shipped quickly with no issues!

The current inside liner is not as comfortable as older shoes.

Ecco boots are the best
