It's not complicated, I LOVE this product. I've been using it since 3 weeks now and I can't stop using it. I play 3 to 4 times a week, and I can see a huge difference in my recuperation after sport. My legs are light again, and the fact that it's easy to move is a huge benefits. My only concern is that it takes a lot of room and it's not really easy to fold. . . but beside that, I recommend it 100% (and I'm not payed to write this comment, I swear lol)
