It was not obvious to me that only certain attachments worked with certain massage guns. During the time it took to resolve the matter the wedge I actually needed is no longer available (it was in my in basket while waiting for a response). I found that the customer service responses were quick but did not take the time to thoroughly review my request and respond appropriately; thus I had to send several emails. Unfortunately, the process has negatively changed my experience with the company.

I would highly recommend this company amazing support and if there’s ever any warranty issues, they will take care of you. Thank you Phil.

Love this thing, saved me during a 13 hour flight, great for getting circulation going. Made my jet lag a lot more bearable as well. Surprisingly powerful for its size; more powerful than the Relief gun we have. My only issue with the mini is the hard shell — it would be a lot easier to hold and maneuver, were it made of silicone (the grip would be stickier and more sturdy).
