My curls felt so flat and mushy and they were instantly more bouncy and structured after using this just one time. I couldn’t believe the difference and the curl stayed defined for way longer than usual!

I really like the size of the XXL diffuser on the Curlsmith De-Frizzion Dryer. It gives great volume and makes drying my curls a lot easier. That said, the overall build feels pretty cheap, which is disappointing for the price. The blower itself is also heavier than I expected, so it’s not the most comfortable to hold for long drying sessions. Great concept, but the quality could be better

I have been a loyal Curlsmith customer for a long time; however, their customer service is no longer as responsive as it once was. They used to provide excellent support, but despite reaching out over a month ago—and several times since—to address my concern, I have received no response. As a result, I have lost reward points valued at over $100. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I am unsure if I will remain loyal to the company, as it appears they no longer prioritize their customers.

My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it. It is curly and in need of moisture. I bought the moisture line as well as the volumizing mousse and unfortunately my hair is VERY frizzy and does not feel moisturized at all. It preforms poorly on my hair type and I have reverted back to using my drugstore products. Very disappointed.

I never received the product and after numerous conversations with curl, they don’t have a record of my order and they haven’t credited me for it yet either. Not happy at all!!!
