Customer Service was horrible. I placed an order and saw it had prefilled my old address. I immediately contacted Customer Service and let them know what happened. The order wasn't fulfilled for many hours, but they acted like there was nothing they could do and didnt tell me that I could have canceled the order until after it was fulfilled. I work in IT and deal with systems like this every day. It would have been easy for them to update the mailing address on the order, but the only solution they would offer was hoping the new residents would send it back, and only if they did, would they ship it to my new address. I will never buy from them again.

I LOVE the fast shipping on all of my products every time. I also love getting free samples with every purchase so I can Try new things before buying full size bottles!

I took the quiz and purchased the recommended products; however, they didn’t suit my hair. They felt too heavy and left my hair looking greasy and weighed down.

I had to continue reach out due to my package never arriving when first shipped and then my shampoo was slightly opened and it was leaking. The product are amazing but I feel like it can be sealed properly more

I am absolutely in love with product! I work out 4/5 days out the week and with locs, it’s miserable having to wash weekly. With this product, I can stretch out my wash days 1. 5-2 weeks and I feel clean in between! I’m literally telling my husband not to use this product but he loves it too and he has straight hair.
