The top broke during shipping. I lost half a bottle

I ordered a Full 8 oz bottle of Effortless Waves. When the package arrived, I immediately opened it and was extremely disappointed to find a 2 oz bottle instead, which is very small considering the price of $28. I was able to get in touch with customer service, who asked for photos. Within 2 minutes I provided 3 photos of the packaging and the bottle, I also forwarded my email confirmation that proved which size I ordered. The 'customer service representative' failed to reply to me for 24 hours, then said they were sending the correct size bottle. Here I am today, opening my package to receive, AGAIN, a 2 oz bottle. Terrible service, a complete scam. The company is run by AI and this is what happens. I will never use Curlsmith again. Luckily I got a refund through Affirm.

Works well on dry curls!

I wasn't expecting to love this--I never would have bought it but I got the free sample, and it really does lift my curls and make them look a little more lively. My hair is very thick and coarse and sometimes my curls can be very heavy. I love the way this made them look and I'll def be buying it. I like the smell--but it is quite a strong smell, so that might turn some people off.

This is my first time trying Carl Smith. I got three different products. I got the curl frizz duo conditioner, the clarifying shampoo and my favorite the curl reviver. I've thin and damaged bleached super curly hair, and all of these products have been so amazing together. They all smell very delicious and I've noticed results within the past two weeks. All of these products have non-comedogenic ingredients as well, which is so amazing and so good for your skin, which my skin is already noticing!
