I am extremely disappointed with Curlsmith’s return policy for the Defrizzion® Curl Reviving Wand. I received the wand, tried it ONE time, realized immediately that it did not work for my hair, and submitted a return request THE SAME DAY I received it. I was then told that although Curlsmith offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, this $189 wand is considered a “tool” and is excluded from that guarantee. I understand having policies, but I believe there should be some reasonable consideration for a customer who contacts the company immediately after trying a product once. I did not use it for weeks and then change my mind. I tried it once, knew it wasn't right for me, and requested the return that same day. I was completely willing to return the wand with its packaging and accessories. As someone who has purchased and used several Curlsmith products, this experience has been very disappointing. If you are considering purchasing this wand, please be aware that the 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to it. Make sure you are comfortable spending $189 on a product that you may not be able to return even if you try it once and contact the company immediately.

The shipping of my order was a quick process. The Fragrance Free Shampoo and Conditioner I've used a couple hair washes has made my hair feel clean and I haven't noticed any itching from having a sensitive scalp.
