This is my first time purchasing Curlsmith products and so far I am absolutely sold! Love the natural and curl specific products.

What a waste of money . this diffuser does the complete opposite of what it supposed to do. it takes forever to dry my hair and instead of leaving it smooth it makes my hair frizzy. it actually makes styling my hair more difficult and takes even more time. the return policy is absolutely ridiculous. a product with this high price and a disappointing product should not be this difficult to return. Definitely not worth the money , the time and would not recommend it

this diffuser is honestly one of the worst I've ever purchased . I'm extremely disappointed with it . instead of making drying my hair faster, it actually takes longer to dry my hair, which completely defeats the purpose. i don't have time to waste struggling with this product that is supposed to make life easier. what makes it even worst is the ridiculous return policy. you're basically stuck with the product that doesn't work for you, and returning it is far more trouble than it's worth. For the price this is ABSOLUTLEY NOT WORTH THE MONEY, THE TIME OR THE FRUSTRATION. I regret buying it and i would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and buy something else. .

I started using Curlsmith products in Europe and recently moved to North America and I order a few products in the beginning of July. Until now (August 10th) I haven’t received anything. I contacted the company that supposed to deliver the package and they couldn’t tell me where is the package. I contacted the Curlsmith customer service and they told me that they have to wait for the package to be returned to them! To be able to give me a solution ( refund or deliver the package again) who knows when this is gonna happen. For the meantime time I am with no product and I have no idea when I’m going to get them!! Embarrassing!!!!!!!
