I love the suspender boots. I just wish they were adjustable for the back part. Every time. my baby uses them. it leave marks from being too tight. I got a bigger size but these are too big now.

I bought two snow suits, one with harness (black) and one without harness (red). I had to do an exchange for one of the suits and the support staff was extremely helpful. He advised me on sizing. The shipping was quick. I live/work in an isolated community in Northern Saskatchewan, close to NWT where temperature can often fall below -40 C. My dog is a medium size American Cocker Spaniel who lived all his life in Toronto GTA until I moved here for work. He is 10 years old and with age, the cold is becoming more and more challenging. This year, I invested in proper winter wear for him. I bought outfits for him from different brands including outfits from China with no brands. They all don’t fit. Only Canada Pooch fits him reasonably well. I am very happy with the coats. I prefer the red. It’s more striking and adds colour to the dreadful dark cold. Thank you Canada Pooch. Will buy again.

I used the size calculator on their website which told me a size 4 which I ordered at 10:30 pm. The next morning I was on the site and they had a golden which we have in a size 5. I quickly realized that the size 4 would be too small. I called to try and change the order, no one answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. I emailed, I called again, I emailed again. Needless to say the order shipped and surprise the size 4 is too small. I have called again and left yet another message and emailed again. I am still waiting to hear from this company. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company. I am left wondering if I will ever hear from them and I am stuck with a product I can't use!

I ordered 2 sets of the suspender boots on a Monday, products arrived Tuesday. I ordered the wrong size for one pair and was sent a QR code for return which I returned the same day. The new size arrived Thursday and are a perfect fit. Outstanding customer service and quality product. I highly recommend this company and their products. Thank you!

I have a Newfoundland dog, it's next to impossible to get the snow out of her fur on her legs, and paws, I bought this, it's literally the best product I have bought, works perfect, it's easy to get on. I highly recommend it. I had 3 friends go and order one after they saw my girl. Worth the money as well.

Have ordered a few times and each time get the same BS about “due to higher volumes of orders” etc etc! So it’s takes roughly a WEEK just for them to ship a product out! So they obviously do not care about their customers or are simply extremely under qualified and or staffed to fill orders! So they lie and deceive them by making bs statements on their site! For if you check the faqs page it states clear as day “1 - 2 business days to ship”! And if you want to return something, first you have to send photos of said product for review. Than once excepted they give you roughly a week to ship out and notify you every 12hrs via email reminding you of your return timeline! So they will take their time when with your orders but harass you on returns! Not a very customer friendly way of doing business!

I purchased a pair of the suspender boots about a month ago, my problem is the front boots will turn sideways when my dog is walking, this causes the seam at the bottom to rub against my dogs paws and makes it uncomfortable to walk in, the last time I took the boot off there was blood on one paw. So I do not recommend them for small dogs, they may work on bigger dogs, but I don't know.

I purchased this all in one snowsuit because she gets so many snow balls all over her legs when we go out for walks. It takes me for ever to get them out. Half the time I'm not successful at removing them because they start to melt then she is wet from where the snowballs were. Last year I purchased the suspender boots. They helped a great deal. So this year I added the snowsuit. She is now ready for the snow and a lot less work for me.

I had accidentally put in the incorrect billing address and my order was cancelled so I reached out to the online chat provided and was helped immediately! I also placed my order during cyber Monday so it was at a significant discount so I was concerned I would lose that luxury but no! Sabrina settled it all for me and I still got my product at a discounted rate and it only took approximately 15-20 minutes of communication. I'm very excited for the arrival of the product itself, although my dog might be a little annoyed at first since he's not a fan of boots!

Measured and used charts to order. The items came in too small. I now had to pay $7 to return and to exchange I could no longer get the sale price. I had to reorder at full price. Returned and opt not to shop on this site anymore. If you do chose to shop regardless of their poor customer service. Order boots a few sizes larger as the chart is not accurate plus they are hard to put on.

I can only give 3 stars. Great design + material, very easy to put on; however, the adjustable straps need to be made longer. We have a smaller Great Dane 120lbs and the strap wasn’t not long enough down her back otherwise it would have been perfect for our walks. Most large breed items don’t work for Danes because of the deep chest but this design takes that out of the equation. These would actually stay on! we’d love to review a larger size if your planning on making them!

Very effective. Decently easy to get on. And the size 6 fits my large dogo Argentino. Size 5 fits my pitbull and size 5 fits my husky! They're running in the snow and comfortable in them. They stay on well and keep their feet protected!

These are by far one of the worst dog products on the market. You can tell the founders of this business are money hungry margin warriors who do not care about their customer and only care about profit. The Canadian pooch suspenders are incredibly cheap. The fact that the top of the suspenders are put together using cheap elastic causes the dogs legs to come out of the suspenders constantly. Additionally, whoever the brilliant engineer that designed the Velcro to be at the bottom of the shoe where water is the biggest threat should be fired. The suspenders are so cheap and designed so poorly that they end up costing the owners more time than it would take to clean their dogs up and it makes the dogs less comfortable than they would be in the rain/snow due to the constant malfunction of the suspenders. I would stay for away from this overpriced garbage and shop for something better on amazon.

I ordered two pairs of boots for over $100. I took my dog’s measurements, I used the online fitting tool and when it cames in, the one pair was WAY to big for one of my dogs. I initiated the return of that pair and even though it’s their website who misled me, I have to pay a restocking fee. Not only that, but both my dogs hate these boots. My oldest who is used to clothing and boots wouldn’t walk and my other dog on leash would go crazy and not wanting to walk either.

I ordered the Suspender Boots for my dog during the Black Friday sale, choosing the same size as his first pair. However, this new pair turned out to be significantly smaller. When I tried to return them, I was told I couldn’t because I had already removed the tags—something I only did because I expected them to match the sizing of the original pair. I reached out politely to explain the situation, but the best they could offer was a 20% discount on my next purchase, which can’t even be combined with other promotions. After supporting this local company for three years, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. It makes me question the meaning of the “Positive Impact” section on your About page, which emphasizes genuine care—care I did not feel in this situation.

I'm a first time buyer and dog owner I order a rain coat size 28 and rain boots size 3. The items where to big. When I tried to do a exchange for a different size. I was told the rain coat was a final sale and couldn't be returned or exchanged. I sent both items back. But only got refunded for the boots but not the rain coat I lost 75$ and the item will resold by Canada pooch as new since all the tags are still attached. I'm never ordering from this company ever again they care more about profit than making this rights with the customer

You cannot even cancel an order a few hours it is placed. Do not order from this site as customer service is Poor. And they charge you a re-stocking FEE! Watch out and order from anywhere else.

We all adore this rain coat. I ordered the wrong size first time, but the online service helped coordinate the return efficiently. The new jacket came and it is so perfect. Offers light weight, yet ample coverage. Can easily fit a sweater under it too on a cold day. Very stylish too. It is very easy to put on and easy for her to move about and do her biz. Luv this coat and all the products we get from Canada Pooch!! 🇨🇦

Product came quickly and as expected. My decision to go with this brand for a new harness for my Bernese was based on the 15% welcome discount and free shipping on orders over $75. Even though the size recommended for a Bernese Man Dog was the XL (he is an XL for all other harnesses) it was too small. My Bernese is on the small size as well. No big deal. I thought it wouldn't be an issue to exchange, and it isn't except you then have to pay back the %15 discount code (it only applies one time even though it is the same product) plus another shipping fee. Oh I forgot to mention I didn't get shipping for free on my original order because the $85 harness was the $73 with the discount code. Just disappointing all around. It comes across as a nice welcome deal for new customers but it really is just the same as all the others.

We loved this jacket! Purchased sept 2023, however, the Velcro is starting to peel off. We purchased it for our hunting season from the end of October to the 1st week of Nov. it gets down into the teens and often times snows. We purchased the snow boots for her as well, she adjusted to those just fine. A little disappointed in the Velcro on the jacket but other than that we love the coat for her. We most likely won’t get another season out of it, which is a bummer.
