Horrible shipping Shipping was awful, got returned to sender and took an extra week to get reshipped, just to get the wrong items in my order. Had to get a refund but the company did not even refund my whole order for the 2 week inconvenience, and just refunded one item. Very disappointing.

Bad product to order thru website and have shipped ordered two different times and both items came spilt all over box waste of time and money

I couldn’t use the lip oil because it was empty. The packaging is terrible i’ve never seen a lip oil that wasn’t spilling over the sides.

I didn't receive sensitive retinol sample but sample for milky cleanser only. The stick for lipstick treatment broke off. One of the moisturizers didn't pump up until I smacked it hard at the bottom for some time. Also, I don't know if it was my mistake or yours but I ordered SPF30 gel-cream, NOT SPF30 face fluid. Other than that the products are so far amazing and well tolerated by my very dry and sensitive skin.

As a esthetician I love these products and I also will add my skin is very sensitive and it makes my skin hydrated and glowy

It did take a little over a week for my stuff to arrive but once it got here I was so excited to try all them out!
