Crazy how you will order for 3 or more items and they will send 1 or 2 of it and ask you to wait for seven working days or more to get the remaining ones delivered, this always looks as a way to frustrate their customers 😡😡

At my age ( 52 ) I don't think I'm the target audience for Byoma products but I really like their products & have recommended to my friends & family. Over the years I've spent a fortune on high end products that falsely promise me beautiful bouncy skin but finally I've discovered this brand, it's excellent value & It delivers on its promises. Love this product, the ethos and generally everything about it! However, I’d love to see better refills that use less packaging e. g. liquid sachets instead of the product minus the dropper or pump. Definitely better than nothing but would love to see more!

Finally I have found skin care that agrees with my acne prone skin- I suffer(ed) from hormonal acne mainly around my chin and sometimes cheeks but since using byoma I have cleared up and the monthly breakouts I used to get are minimal maybe one small spot now rather than huge painful cysts. My skin feels much calmer. I am older with greasy skin so it is hard to find the balance for moisture and avoiding flare ups and byoma has worked so well for me, i have used up the first set of products and repurchased which I rarely do. Delivery is quick, beuatifully packaged.
