I ordered the gift set consisting of a personalized pen and wallet. Both the pen and wallet arrived in perfect condition and fully met my expectations – for this, I would like to express my sincere thanks. Unfortunately, I noticed that the wooden box, which holds the pen and wallet and also features an engraving, is damaged on the left side. Due to this damage, the box cannot be properly opened or securely closed. This is particularly disappointing as the box is an essential part of the gift set, and the damage detracts from the overall presentation. The package arrived today, January 16, 2025, which you can verify through the tracking information. I have attached photos to this email that clearly document the condition of the damaged wooden box. I kindly ask for your understanding and hope that we can work together to find a satisfactory solution. Eerst was er een foutje in de tekst. Ze zouden het herstellen, echter kwam het onaangepast binnen. Na wederom contact werd mij een nieuwe gestuurd met correcte tekst
