I asked my full refund back due on 6 potential risk and harm to my children ( lead levels). I subscribed to this company due to this exact reason integrity and safety which both have been diluted. I am highly concern for the amount of lead there is in your product. Thea from customer service stoped replying to my emails.

Great costumer service. We forgot to cancel our subscription and they automatically took the next order out, however we were very low on money that month and I emailed and told them. They fixed it right away and made everything right. Couldn’t be happier with how our experience with them has been this far.

I noticed a change in my son after feeding him the first week. He was actually able to sleep with his tummy flat to the bed, he was always on his knees when he slept. ByHeart has been the best for my baby. Easy to digest and he’s growing great! We use it for combo feeding but will be switching over to it exclusively when he’s 6 months. This formula has really given me piece of mind. Not to mention ease! The anywhere packs are great especially for travel!!

Baby cried a lot on this formula he had gas a lot. It could’ve been something else, but when I switched him to regular formula, he didn’t cry and have gas as much.

It’s good formula but the subscription is pointless because when I need the formula I have to wait for days / week to get it which then I have to search stores for the formula. I thought this was going to be easy but it’s actually the same as if I just search the stores for the formula.

My son loves this formula. He went from exclusively breastfed, to combo fed to exclusively formula fed and this formula made those transitions so easy. He never had any issues.
