I have only been using your products for 4 days, but I can say my energy level has improved greatly.

It is wet & miserable many months out of the year where we live. What comes with that are coughs & colds. The first thing we do is make sure we are getting LOTS of water, & several times a day we tilt our heads way back, say, "ahhhh" & place a couple drops of NCD on any/all areas of discomfort. Next thing is make sure to have something calming & relaxing going-on in the house way before bed, that is NOT social media EVER. Wash our faces with warm water (or a nice bath or shower) & go to bed at a reasonable hour, our bodies were designed for 8-9 hours of sleep AT NIGHT. The next day is most every time better.
