I bought a package of tea and paid 19.95$ for the tea and 36$ for the shipping (the shipment was more expensive than the tea itself). However, when the package reached the toll, they said I still had to pay 30€ more to enter the package in the EU. The customer service was willing to help, but paying 80 € for a pack of 75 grams of tea is simply disproportionate. The shop won't refund me the money either, so I think it's important that you know that if you're in the EU, it's a bad idea to buy from Taiwan. Really sorry for my bad experience :(
