Everything was great except the shipping, quit using USPS, took 10 days, should only take 4 to 5!

Part worked fine but expensive

I paid for expedited Fedex shipping - I am right next door in Pennsylvania. It took 6 business days to get my order because apparently the company sat on the order and didn't ship it for 3 days. It's pointless to offer expedited shipping when you do this. There are numerous other complaints online about this for this company but apparently it doesn't matter to them.
