Send me wrong part then charged me to return the part. Very bad business.

I purchased the bed extender for my Nissan frontier. There was nothing in the item description or specs saying the extender could not be installed if you had a bed cover. I received the extender and realized I could not install it. I called asking if this was true and I was told yes. So I had to return the item. They charged me a restocking fee for an item that would never work on my truck. And had I been made aware of this prior to purchase, I would not have bought the product. Just not a great experience with lack of description for the item and being charged to return it.

I received the wrong part on my first order therefore I had to return to which i was overcharged for shipping also a restocking fee When I returned it and the price I paid in return shipping was so 80% less than I was charged during my original purchase! I did however reorder the right part that was and it was much less and the shipping was too. Would I order from them again? Not if I can get it somewhere else with less shipping fees! My rating is based on my 2nd encounter with service, they were much nicer and helpful!

I ordered 2 mirror caps for my Nissan Sentra 2024 one fit the other one did not fit. The part# on the box did not even match the part# on the mirror cap now I have had to send in several pic to show that it was not my fault, very frustrating for me. I am awaiting them to send me the correct part.
