The unit was on clearance and a very good deal. The sales department was friendly and helpful. The Goodman unit itself will arrive tomorrow and I have been in contact with the shipping company to confirm. To this point I would say I am very satisfied. I have 2 of these units already both of them just over 10 years old no major issues other than one A coil leak. The reason for replacing one now was a snow-ice storm. The combination slid off the roof and damaged the unit. On a scale of 1-10 these units are a solid 7. 5 parts available is good the main reason for them not rating higher is the difference in construction on a few pieces of the units as compared to some of the other high end units on the market. As far as (bang for the buck) so to speak however these are a 8+ rating in my book
