I love Button Poetry and all the authors you publish, as well as the workshops you run. However, your website has a persistent bug where the checkout page loads the homepage content in the middle of the page for some reason. This bug is disruptive and adds friction to checkout. Also, I had ordered a shipment of poetry books but did not receive a shipping notification or tracking link. The books arrived today and got wet while sitting on the porch in the snow. Please consider sending customers a tracking link for their shipping orders, and consider packaging books in a box or waterproof container. Thanks so much.
