There were a lot of issues with the zoom format, which wouldn't have been so bad on its own, but the response time of Button Poetry support was very bad as well. I waited a week to find out why the first zoom workshop didn't happen and started thinking I had been ripped off or something. And then one of my queries for support wasn't answered until the whole workshop series (4 weeks) was over. I love what Button Poetry is doing so much! But y'all gotta up your game a little bit on the backend support.

I ordered three books on December 9 for my daughter for Christmas and I never received them. It is January and they have not come in. I sent an email to customer service. I have not received one back. . I would like a refund because I just ordered these on Amazon and they’ll be here in two days
