What sucks is that on their website they said they will ship same day if the order was confirmed before 2 PM. Mine was confirmed way before that and they didn't ship it that day. I shared the concern of my shipment process, and they canceled my delivery. Not my order where I would get a refund, my delivery was canceled. This breaks my heart because I am a Southern California Kid that was born and raised, so I want to support all California small business. I don't know if I can stand by this company if they are going to treat their customer like trash and basically steal their money.

from the very beginning of me calling them for advice to the time I recieved my 2 boards it could not have been any better. every phone call was the same person and always had answers. every email was answered in 24 hours. that's customer service!!! can't wait for the new designs to be avaliable. I will be buying another board from these guys. great job bustin!!!
