Great session

Mandy was an excellent speaker. She packed a lot of information into the 90-min session. Her presentation was clear and concise and she even sprinkled in a little humor. She built in activities for participants and provided resource materials that can be used immediately. I plan to sign up for Mandy's next presentation.

This webinar provided a lot of excellent material in a short period of time. I feel much more competent to be a proofreader with the newspaper proof model, and have already implemented some of the recommendations. This would be a very useful training for anyone who proofreads!

as a person new in managing a personal, this training help me too see, understand and address the different personality in people i work with.

This course was very helpful. We learned how to identify a truly difficult coworker vs. a moderately annoying coworker. We learned some good practices for preparing to provide feedback calmly and effectively to minimize escalation. Maybe the most important thing we covered was looking at ourselves objectively to determine if "we" are actually the difficult person in the interaction. Great course! I recommend it!

I felt like too much time was spent on managing our own stress and it was never discussed how that related to working with others. Then the actual portion of the webinar relating to the theme was so jam-packed and rushed it was hard to keep up. The speaker was also just not engaging and, at times, offensive. I'm beyond disappointed.

It is little dry presentation. It will be nice if have some interactive with audience like polls, sharing thoughts, and something like that. The presentation is okay.

I am writing the reviews to let everyone know that videos were presented in the webinar is not fully accessible. They do not have any subtitle on and I was not able to understand the videos at all. Behind those issues, the webinar is great. If they added the subtitles on the videos, it will make the webinar AWESOME!

It was O.K.+. I'm glad I signed up. I do miss the classroom atmosphere though. I guess I'm old faashion? Joe

Very good information with tools that will assist in implementing techniques with employees.

I purchased the downloadable version. The link shows up with less than understandable instructions to operate. Had to ask for help only to find out there were audio problems. Expensive to not have a useable product, and I had to find out, instead of getting an email letting me know BEFORE a good audio was sent out

Content was helpful, but the delivery/format/moderator didn't seem particularly professional or well-polished. The speaker was good, but didn't add much that I couldn't have gotten from just reading the handout.

I appreciated the insights and best practices offered during the session. Some were good reminders to have and others were new to me. The presenter was well-prepared and knowledgeable. I would have preferred more time with some of the creative options available with technology and design but overall found it very helpful.
