Would have liked to have had more specific examples - his general guidelines were not very helpful.... I know that they are not supposed to be too detailed, but don't know how or what to cut out. It would have been great if he had a recording of a meeting and played excerpts that we were to take minutes on or identify the topics, give examples of potential wording, etc. This could have been much more helpful

Great communication before the webinar. The reminders were helpful. Technical assistance at the beginning of presentation was particularly helpful for me. The presentation itself was clear, interesting, informative and easy to understand. I would defiantly recommend this training.

The webinar was amazing and very informative! The only comment I would have is that it went by fast so make sure you download the handout and get a recording so you can watch it again. The tips Nolan shared were super helpful, so you will definitely want to see it again!

This class was very informative and Mike Thomas is excellent.

Mike did a great job of putting the concepts of pivot tables into an understandable framework for a diverse, on-line group. I am a little less scared of them now. It's amazing how a 1.5 hour class can only reveal the tip of the iceberg. Thanks!

It would be helpful to allow some time for the users to do some of the basic creating pivot tables during the session. Otherwise, the presenter is knowledgeable, personable and presents clearly with effective handouts.

I really appreciated how Mike didn't rush through the meeting. Some good info! Also liked that he has made himself accessible to 1:1 questions. Looking forward to watching the class again and applying it to my workbooks. I would like to take the next class on creating dashboards.

Did an internal survey immediately after the training to see if we would use site again. 99% would, 99% thought the training beneficial. Several comments were audio cut out on them for times of about 1 minute off and on, went too fast to follow along/take notes (those comments also stated they are better "hands on" learners). Overall, great!

Using a platform that would allow the presenter and all of the participants to be seen would be better. It didn't seem that all of the questions that were submitted appeared in the chat and got answered.

I have basic experience with Excel, but not with more complex operations. This was very helpful. I may go back and watch the video, to help me expand on my notes.
