Our outdoor table and matching chairs was really well packaged to protect it and everything arrived in good condition. It was delivered to our door which is not always the case in regional NSW so we were extra happy with the service. The setting looks fabulous and we’re so pleased we bought it rather than opting for a timber outdoor dining set option offered by others. We wanted something fresh and in keeping with our cottage style house and garden and this is a winner for us.

I just find everything about Business and Pleasure to be so professional. They always get back to you promptly and do everything possible for the customer. They held back my delivery for me and everything went smoothly. The products are such good quality. Very impressive indeed. ♥️

Love everything B&P

Incredible quality and very cool designs. Will choose this brand every time

I am totally in love with every purchase I have made from Business & Pleasure. Understated elegance with every single purchase. I am saving for some Sun lounges next. So, so clasy. Perfect addition to my pool side. Love, love ❤️

Prompt communication, excellent service, will buy from you again!

Totally in love with our new pool umbrella! Quality looks and feels amazing, and love that it comes with a cover to prevent it from fading. We also got a base with wheels and so glad we did so we can easily move it to wherever suits!

Thank you. I am now obsessed with your beach products.

Purchased the chair pads for outdoor dining chairs. They the best Ive tried, quality fabric and a good width. Would recommend.

Beautiful umbrella! Perfect touch to transform our backyard. Mostly impressed was the customer service. I had a concern with what looked like damage during shipping, it was very easy to communicate with the company and a replacement was sent out immediately. So far am very happy with the look and quality of the umbrella. Thank you.

I have many products from Business and Pleasure company. The quality is incredible.

Had a Hick up, but was sorted quickly, the products are awesome, quality-colour range, also introducing the company to my family. Thank you

Love it so many comments about how good the umbrella is 👏👏👏

Great products but delivery was very expensive!

Looks fantastic! I received many comments on it. It is bigger than your standard beach cart which is great to fit everything in, however that does mean it is a little heavier of course

Beautiful products and outstanding customer service

The Clamshell Base is beautiful, sturdy, well-made, and easy to use. It creates a gorgeous vibe for my setting. The staff are very helpful, they respond quickly and resolve issues as soon as possible.

I always receive excellent service from Business and Pleasure, my order is always shipped quickly. It is always packaged beautifully.

Easy to find product and imagine them in my setting.

Love all your items!! Wish I could buy more!
