Truly love this brolly. It is just great quality and holds up in the wind pretty well compared to my old plasticy one. I’m so glad i decided to upgrade. There is a slight learning curve to setting it up as loosening it up at the hinge too much completely undoes the mechanism and the whole thing with the springs totally comes apart. I wish there was a way to keep this from happening but there isn’t so you have to just be careful. Other than that, it’s absolutely perfect 💛

We recently bought the classic umbrella base and had a bit of a bumpy experience with delivery as the first one got lost, then was promptly replaced by customer service and when that one arrived it was rusted so we ended up getting another one sent and even upgraded to the clamshell base with no extra cost. This has just arrived and is great! The customer service has been amazing even though we had some issues. Would definitely purchase here again :)
