I recently purchased the Premium Umbrella for a gift to my partner. When opening for the first time we noticed a slight rip in the seam of the umbrella which did not really affect the use of it. However, the customer team at Business & Pleasure were excellent in providing a prompt response to my email and sending us a replacement almost immediately! The umbrella is otherwise made of premium feeling materials and is perfect for a beach day. Would definitely purchase from here again as the service was like no other!

I purchased a towel and the hammock. I wasn’t expecting the level of quality. Both well made, the towel is a bit weighted which is really nice and the packaging they come in is cute as well. Great quality products.
