Great product! Great customer service, great price! It works perfectly; it is lightweight, and I take it out for fishing and camping adventures every week. I highly recommend it. John Dowling Jr.

After three weeks still no word on when it will be delivered.

We got the Honeybee originally intending to mainly use it as a bike trailer and it’s now the only stroller I use whether we are biking or walking! I love it and it is worth every penny so far. It is really easy to connect to my bike and my kids love it.

As mentioned everything is fabulous but the shipping cost for Canada is very expensive. You should make something about that.

Love all of the Burley products we have.

Return Policy Was Not Clearly Disclosed I was disappointed with my experience. When I tried to return the items, I was told that items marked with a second markdown are considered closeout sales and cannot be returned. I did not see this policy clearly disclosed anywhere when I made the purchase. Had I known the items were final sale and non-returnable, I would have taken that into consideration before buying. A final-sale policy like this should be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Great.

So happy I went with Burley. Great company. Excellent products and service.

Great!

Great Customer Service and Products

easy peasy.

Great service and fast shipping

Terrible customer servhce

The trailer is very sturdy but make sure you get the right size from the beginning. Giving 3 stars bc I had to pay over 200 in shipping to exchange the XL for the L and could be subject to a 15 % restocking fee. It also will take 4 weeks after they receive it to get what little refund I get back. Order from Amazon if possible.

Easy to use! Makes it very compact

Burley is the best. My toddler swiped a screw during set up, and they quickly sent a replacement to me. Thank you!!!
