In my search for a restaurant grade quality slicer, I found Burkett with their line of used restaurant equipment. A new restaurant/deli quality slicer was not affordable, but Burkett had several models of used slicers that were within my reach. The Burkel 829-A slicer that I selected was an excellent choice. Although a light duty slicer by restaurant standards, it is more than adequate for my needs as an amateur Chef. Their customer service through the purchasing process was best in class as they answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Their Carrier Estes Freight was also terrific, allowing me to set up a delivery schedule and drop location with them. With a little TLC, my Burkel slicer is now a proud member of my Kitchen arsenal.

I recently decided to make a conscious effort to substitute my nonstick pots and pans to less toxic cooking options. I was directed to Burkett and am thrilled to say that the Winco stainless steel pots and pans I received are an excellent addition to my kitchen. They perform exceptionally well with a variety of cooking techniques, including frying, sautéing, boiling, and simmering. The even heat distribution ensures that food is cooked uniformly, and the absence of a non-stick coating allows for the development of delicious, flavorful fond when deglazing. The pricing in the showroom was exceptionally reasonable as well, as was the customer service I received. Will definitely be returning for my kitchen applicance needs.
