Overall happy, but shelves came damaged. Customer service was helpful but shipping g takes a long time. Still waiting on shelves.

We got the Tahoe 6-drawer dresser in pecan and it’s perfect. It’s sturdy, beautifully made, and the rich color looks even better in person. Drawers open smoothly with easy access all the way to the back, assembly was a breeze, and the style is clean and polished. Practical, good-looking, and well built. lLove it!

Buying, shipping, assembly, product/picture accuracy, was all very good. I have some qualms about advertising this product as a bed for adults. My 11 year old makes the bed wobble just climbing into it and getting comfortable. If I’d have bought this for myself, I’d return it.

Very pleased with order process and Tahoe series

We ordered the adult 800 lb bunkbed with upgrade for our autistic grandson. The upgrade had absolutely no instructions on how to assemble. The 6 brackets sent with upgrade will not fit the support bar. Upon trying to call and email four different times we finally got through by phone. Now they are stating that the brackets sent with upgrade are not needed. Why would they send them and why would we have to pay extra for upgrade? This customer service was horrible and they did nothing to help us.

Expected the sturdiness to be more for the additional $$ for the 800 lb option.

Very nice bed. It is sturdy and aesthetic. I highly recommend it. You will have some trouble making the top bed with sheets if you put the bed into a corner as pictured so make sure you have room to have it a foot or so from the corner. If you float the Queen bed to the left or right, there is room for a narrow side table.

Ordering was easy, shipping was very fast and a small part that was damaged was replaced immediately!

Easy to order and would order again.
