You never sent my credit for the bungled up Bungies Diapers.

The website was was probably the only part that went well. The delivery took a long time basically a month which is not ideal. And as for customer service when I asked for a refund because it was taking to long to come they never write mw back they just shipped it. Mind you I ordered this December 18 it is now January 14 and the shipping was just updated to shipped. Also I’m in the same state maybe 3 hours away and it took this long. Let’s see how the diapers hold up.

I’ve been skeptical with all the brands of cloth diapers, because I don’t always like the look of the fabric and texture. So far, I have only found two companies I love, Bungies knocks it out of the park. I want the best for my future littles, so when I tell you these are perfect I definitely mean it! The colors are so vibrant and the patterns are adorable, but the type of material they use is, by far, what I love most! My husband has been more particular than me and even he loves everything about Bungies! To anyone questioning if this is the right move, GO FOR IT! You won’t regret it.

These are the best diapers I’ve gotten so far! the hemp insert combined with a bamboo booster makes it extra absorbent for a heavy wetter. Plus the super cute patterns!

I have been using the diapers exclusively for 2 weeks now and so far they have held up to washing very well and are easy to use! I ordered ten, and one of them had a defective snap where the insert attaches, but it is still usable. The colors and prints are very cute. They are very sturdy and high-quality, and even though they seemed a little expensive, I am sure they will last long enough to pay themselves off in the equivalent amount we would have payed for disposables. The one issue I had was that I didn't get a shipping notice or my order for a while, so after ten days I reached out to customer service. They promptly sent me a tracking number, and the package arrived soon after. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love the diapers. They work awesome. But I am having a little bit of trouble with customer service. I was supposed to get 20 diapers, but I got 19. No big deal. Mistakes happen. I was told I could pick two for my trouble. There was a shipping issue due to the post office. They were a few days late, but it was resolved. 10 days ago I sent an email with the 2 diapers I would like and I have not heard back. I sent an email today to double-check that my email was seen. I'm just waiting to hear back, hopefully tomorrow since I'm writing this on a Sunday. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and there may be a chance it was not seen. Other than that, there are no other issues. This is the happiest I've been with cloth diapers.

I am so pleased with the quality of these diapers. The are so well made and super soft. The lining wicks all of the moisture to the inside and that has helped us tremendously in our fight against diaper rash. To top it all off, they are super cute!

I was so excited to try these diapers but they are not worth the trouble. They charged by card twice for my subscription and I am still arguing with my bank to get my money back for that because Bungies says they sent the return back but my card doesn’t reflect that 2 months later. And then my order got last in the mail every time they would send me my diapers because the system didn’t save my address. So it was just a mess the whole time so I asked for my money back for the last 4 month of my subscription and they said they sent it but again it hasn’t reflected in my card that I got the money back. The diapers are great quality and super cute. Just not worth the trouble!

I have yet to receive my product. I received an email on 9/10 that USPS was notified to expect the package for shipment, but it has not traveled through USPS at all as of this morning (9/29). I was going to allow 3 weeks time to elapse and then contact the company for a refund.
