Didn’t work out for me and for a boy the bundle colors 2 where for girls so was upset about that.

I pre-ordered two diapers from Bungies on March 19th. The product listing said the pre-orders would ship the first week of April. It was my first time ever ordering from them and I was very excited to get my order. April comes and I never received the diapers, so I emailed customer service on April 21st asking them when I should expect to get the order and to make sure they didn't somehow lose my order. They never responded to my email. It is now MAY 27th and I STILL have not heard anything from customer service and still have not received the diapers. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get them and if I need to report the expense to my credit card company as a scam. BUYER BEWARE.

I am really loving all the fun patterns and now the double gussets are awesome!! I look forward to using these on my baby in the future!

Really disappointed order my buggies in April for the month of May and still have not received them (as of 5/18) and still show they haven’t even shipped. Also they don’t even show you preview of the next months order before they even charge you how do I know if I even wanted that print for that month.

First purchase from bungies and I went with the mystery pack! Shipping took a little over two weeks. And was pleasantly surprised with the majority of my order! Was a little disappointed in the fall holiday themed diapers that were sent considering it is May. I’m sure I will get use out of them- but would’ve liked to see something else. Are these just last years leftovers that they are sending out? And could’ve gone without the plain white.... Otherwise, pretty happy! It is a mystery box after all!

I love the products and really wish one of the subscription options was wet bag only as my child is out of diapers but we love the wet bag quality patterns and they have several uses

These diapers put every other cloth diaper to shame! They hold everything and exceed my expectations. So grateful I got the subscription for a baby shower gift to show me what I was missing!

I ordered using the code Pay 5 and Get 10 and bought the February subscription too. Somehow you end up sending only the 5 I choose and the monthly subscription. I contacted and you finally sent the rest of the diapers, but send twice the same pattern (February cloth) in the same order, which I found a little bit sad as you have so many beautiful patterns and with the problem I had already had I expected you to be more careful and detailing as you knew I was upset about it. It also took really a long time to get the order. The good thing about buying your diapers is that they seem to have great quality. If it wasn't about the costumer service you gave I'd give more stars for the quality I think your diapers have.

Tried bungees for the first time after seeing a review on cloth diapers for beginners. So far we really like them! Way more absorbent and no compression leakage so far with my heavy wetting son who likes to bounce in his saucer all evening! Only reason for 4 stars is that one of the patterns I ordered is on back order and that was written in fat marker that was hard to read at the top of the Care instructions, instead of clearly written in a note somewhere. It just makes me question if when/if that pattern comes back if we will get it.

They send them once they realize but unsure how It gets mixed up

It took forever for them to ship. Once they finally created the shipping label, it didn't show package received to shipping company for another week. And took about 4 days to get to me 🙄 but the diaper is absolutely adorable and amazing as always!

Order placed 1/14. Still have not received it.

The online store was nice and easy, however I did not like that I was charged for the next months diapers before I even received my first order! It was my fault for not checking the subscription date, but it was an unpleasant surprise. I am also still missing diapers from my first order. Customer service has been very nice so far though and the diapers are cute, although I think they might be a little big for my LO right now. It would be nice if they came in different sizes for a less bulky fit

I’m a veteran cloth diaper Mommy - over 10 years now and I thought I had my favorites nailed down! But I recently decided to try Bungies and I am so glad! The absorbency and fit is the best I have seen in quite a while! Plus the prints are ADORABLE!
