Wallet stops being track

Very high quality case - lovely look, feel and smell. I had a problem with mine after over 2 years and Will dealt with my replacement request under their “lifetime guarantee” offer without any argument. So I now have a new case! Strongly recommend.

I have had two bullstrap cases now, and can say without a doubt they are some of the best iPhone cases on the market. Composition is a high quality leather and machined buttons. I have dropped my phone many times and never had an issue. Most importantly I had a recent defect arise on my most recent case, and they did not hesitate to replace it based on the warranty of the product. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

I ordered case for my son. It took forever to arrive. It is expensive too. When it arrived I realized I ordered wrong case. I needed 17 and I mistakenly ordered 17pro. I had to send pictures and get approval to return and exchange. It was approved and I shipped back. I waited for it to return and for the company to process exchange which took another week. I was notified 3 days ago that the new case shipped. I still don’t have it. They are also offering 20% off everything and I emailed to ask if they could adjust the price and they said they cannot. So I am very disappointed. I am sorry I even ordered from this company. My son wanted a brown leather case and I chose this because it seemed like good quality. But we still don’t have it yet. I also ordered screen protector and it doesn’t not bubble. I put it on my husband’s new phone and he pulled the cover out of his pocket. It completely came off his phone!! Why can shipping and the quality of screen protectors be like the used to be???

Last week I got my 17 pro. Awesome phone I plan on keeping for a few years. So I wanted something nice to protect my investment. I saw a video on YouTube. And said to myself that’s the case I want. Instead of ordering directly from Bullstrap I ordered from Amazon. Big mistake. Not only did I get the wrong case. It wasn’t new. It had obviously Ben used. All new Bullstrap cases come with a rag that says when removed sale is final. My case did not have that tag. So I contacted Bullstrap. They were a big help in making sure I get the right case sent to me. And my service rep, Lara has been awesome! Definitely a Bullstrap customer for life!

I’ve been using Bullstrap products for a while now — including their phone case and watch strap — and I’ve always been impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. Great product but keep in mind when shipping internationally that extra cost and delay will occur at the local customs check

I think the case is amazing but it is extremely vulnerable to water damage. It got wet in my pocket and the edges seemed to rub off and did not look the same even after it dried out. A shame since the phones are water proof now.

I ordered (3) of these REAL genuine leather Contemporary cases after seeing an ad on Instagram. I was skeptical initially as there are so many scammers you don’t know what is real or a scam. That being said, Bullstrap is NOT a scam. I received the phone cases within a week and was kept up to date with multiple update notifications. They fit my IPhone 17 Pro Max perfectly. You can smell the leather, no imitation here, as soon as you open the box it arrived in. It’s very protective and looks awesome on the phone. I also want to emphasize the fact that they come with a lifetime warranty including up to two replacements a year, for any reason. You have multiple colors to choose from. I purchased the black, orange and grey. If you’re in the market for a great phone case that is not only durable and great looking, look no further. You won’t be disappointed. I absolutely love them. I bought the Minimalist walled and returned it for the NAV wallet. I haven't received the NAV wallet as of yet. The iPhone 17 case I bought looks and feels great. I do not have the iPhone 17 yet. I will get it in December. So, this isn't as much of a review as it is. . . Case feels great and I'm waiting on my NAV MAG SAFE WALLET. Thanks, Major Chisholm
