I am not one to generally review products, but my Tabaco browns deserve some praise. I am a state park naturalist and was leading a hike when a yellow jacket nest underneath of a tree was disturbed. The group got swarmed and I was stung many, many times from the waist up. These flexible pants did not get penetrated by the yellow jackets once and I even was pulling wasps off that were attempting to get through the material with no success. I will absolutely be purchasing another pair.

Honestly these are some of the best pants you can buy. I can say these saved me from some Major road rash. A few months back I was on my motorcycle when a distracted driver hit me going 45 mph. The pants got shredded and I had minor road rash on my legs. Can’t wait to buy another pair!

I thought I knew better. Ordered the wrong size in two different cuts and these dudes made it right! Very excited to purchase and try a tough new product! Killer customer service that have done everything to make sure I had a pair of jeans that would make me happy. 100% repeat customer.

I ordered the wrong size TWICE, but Will was super understanding and quick to exchange my pants for the right size. The pants themselves are rugged and tough, but still are not heavy. These are definitely a step up compared to my normal jeans and I'm glad I made the purchase.

first off, the package blocked my front door just days after I placed the order. I put my prior pair through hell everyday and they just wont rip or tear. Every time I wear them my wife is all over me trying to take them off because they look so damn good. Wife is mad because I wear them all the time. Wife is mad because I ordered more. Then BP goes and takes %40 percent off so now I had to order two pairs. I must have bought five pairs of high dollar" bad ass" jeans before I found BP. Product speaks for itself. Just buy them and quit reading all these reviews about how great they are.

I’m a pretty active guy and always struggled with finding jeans that fit right and don’t wear out within a year. 3 1/2 years ago I spent the money and bought a pair of BPs. After 3 1/2 yrs of almost daily use for anything from hiking/ backpacking to wearing around town to working out they finally wore a couple holes and the fabric is getting worn and thin. I’ve never had jeans last this long with this heavy of use. They’re more expensive but I would have worn out 2 pairs of other jeans in the same amount of time and they wouldn’t have fit as well either. I’m sold on BPs and will be buying more soon

I've got three pairs so far and they have done great. I have even been able to get a significant amount of motor oil out of one of them. Word of advice, order a size up compared to your broken in jeans at least in the waist. It made my chinos so much more comfortable compared to the denim that I had at the exact size as my jeans from other brands. They're a tad big, but more comfortable than a tad small. They have been awesome from rock climbing hiking to job interviews even. Will not be buying any other brand as long as I live.

By far the most comfortable Jean's I own. Most other brands of jeans I was never able to climb in comfortably until I started wearing Bulletprufe denim. Recommend for any activity as well as wearing casually.

A friend introduced me to bulletprufe jeans in the Spring of 2017 after he noticed my current pair of “outdoor” jeans were ripped to shreds and held together with a questionable amount of duck tape. At first I was like whatever all jeans are the same, they rip and get destroyed within a month. I’ve worn bulletprufe brand jeans since May of 2017, I’ve sampled almost every make/model. One thing holds true about these jeans, they are the toughest jeans I’ve ever owned. My lifestyle is not easy on anything. My jeans only get washed once every 3 weeks since I’m the gypsy type. They have never produced an odor like other jeans will, even if I wear the same pair for 15 days straight, and I’m talking about humid settings were you’re going to sweat and stink. Best part of all, they are pretty hard to get dirty, seems like they shred stains with ease so despite being a dirt bag I still get to look good! When I’m not traveling I’m working construction. Can’t speak highly enough of these jeans, they are damn tough and won’t rip or show any signs of wear. On the weekends I’ll go out to the desert and Freeride on the most unforgiving terrain there is. These jeans have kept the skin on my legs, look good and are the most functional jeans I’ve ever owned. In short, buy these jeans. You will never buy any other brand again because you simply won’t need to ever replace these jeans for many years. BEST DAMN JEANS EVER MADE.

I own 3 pair: two in adventure fit (Serengeti Tan Tsavo khakis and Oxblood denim), one in slim fit (Oxblood denim). These are my go-to pants for almost everything. I've actually been attempting to destroy these rock climbing for the last 3ish years on the gnarliest rock I can find (granite in AK and ID, sandstone in Moab, and the welded tuff of Smith Rock) sliding down cheese-grating slabs, grinding into sandpaper cracks, and dragging over sharp aretes...and the most I've been able to do is discolor the khakis a bit while heaving loaded ropes over my leg. Mt biking? The slim fit are perfect! Same quality; full range flex/elasticity; and they look no worse for wear after a hard roll through the dirt. If that doesn't quite sell you, then the fact that I can wash (or just brush) them off, throw them on, and friends get worried that I'll ruin my nice "new" pants when we're off to do it all again should. Zero regrets. I plan on reviewing again when I can finally wear a whole or blow a seam...or something.

I love my Bulletprufe jeans ....I like a lot the shape, the colors but mainly their comfort....they are so cool... I live in the Dolomites in beautiful Cortina d'Ampezzo...and I'm so proud to wear original american outdoor jeans... Ciao!!!

I have 5 pairs of bulletprufe pants. I like the chinos the best, but I love the jeans too. I own adventure and slim fit pairs. Both are super stretchy, just personal preference. I am a teacher and I wear these pants to work but also wear them when I go hiking, camping, biking (anything!), and they hold up to everything, incredible! I can't say that about any other pair of pants. They wash well and look brand new after each wash no matter how muddy I get them. I am a customer for life.

If my friends thought I wouldn't shut up about my bulletprufe jeans...they might not survive me talking about these shorts. They came in, I went fly fishing, now I'm headed to dinner....these shorts don't even look like they've been in the water most of the day. I'll be ordering a 2nd or 3rd pair ASAP!

Love the pants but disappointed how quickly the color has faded. The care guide suggests putting in a few cups of vinegar, but who wants to do that each time they wash? Otherwise, nice fit.

As I tend to believe only half of what I see and none of that which I hear, I admittedly waited until serendipity allowed me to snag my first pair at nearly 50% off the usual tag. In attempt to say a lot in only a few words, I can positively declare that even at every penny of full price, these pants are worth their substantial weight in gold bullion. Whether in the office or the working the wood pile they are miles ahead of ANY competition, and off the rack these wear more akin to you're most cherished & well traveled/broken in of pants compared to other terribly large and over priced retailers of "tough" clothing. Most of which comes stiff enough to stand on its own and only begins to wear comfortable nearing the time when it's lifespan is ending. But don't take my word for it, sign up for the mailing list and get a discount code in your inbox then see with your own eyes a company that simply does the important details better than all the rest.

Some of the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. Great for going fishing, kicking around, or out to dinner. Highly recommend these denims. Zipper improvement would be a plus (but it works).

These pants stretch just enough the adventure fit are the way to go if you are a little bigger
