Significant doubts that this is not a fraud because the oil inside the softgels smells strongly fish. Waiting for feedback from customer support.

This is the second time my order has just vanished (previous order was almost 100 euro and never arrived) and I am getting no response from their support team. The only one I can talk to is their AI chatbot.

The product is good, however your customer service could be better. Its not exactly straightforward how to flag an issue and you have no option if the delivery says been delivered but I haven’t received it.

Order not delivered. No updates from bulk until I got in contact. Still no delivery despite assurances it would be here. Offered a voucher for a future spend. Did refund shipping cost when asked, but still no delivery!

Oh my, this is the nicest tasting protein I've ever had. Tried the strawberry and it tastes amazing. Will definitely be buying more. Worth the extra cards for the taste and price.
