Shopped for protein and collagen. Flavored protein is absolutely terrible. Bought black forest gateau which is sort of drinkable with a little push and pistachio which is just purely disgusting, even the smell of standing drink on the table is irritating. The unflavored protein is very good. Collagen unflavored is ok flavored bought strawberry but didn't manage to try yet. What put me off is the fake promotion for 45% off for referring a friend as this is deducted from the original price. But products are always on offer, never paid the ''full price'' so it's just lying and so will shop somewhere else in the future.

Awful customer service who cannot help me with my order which has been delayed over 1 week
Made my usual order but chose to pick it up from a collection point this time. Never received it. For some reason it was returned undelivered and I'm still waiting for a refund. Very bad customer service. Won't be using bulk again

Automatic annoying spamming SMS newsletter service that no one asked for and that must be disabled manually (moreover not clear disability interface)
I received my order promptly, only to discover it had been damaged in transit. 2 of the 3 pouches had burst inside the box leaving the inside covered in dusty powders. I immediately went to the bulk website and followed the instructions to inform Bulk of this issue and asked for a replacement. This included pictures as evidence. I received the standard digital response saying 'we are currently very busy, we will get back to you promptly' But after more than a full week and an extra complaint through the same procedure I've heard absolutely nothing. I have paid good money for protein products and have nothing to show for it. And there's no longer any other way to contact bulk to complain as everything must go through the stupid website email nonsense that no one attends to.

Thank you for the product. There was an issue when filling in my address. I noticed the wrong address on the order so made context with your representative via the chat function. I was assured the correct address had been input only to discover my package went to a wrong address. I luckily have nice neighbours.
